nicky
While using the text tool, it kept freezing the program. It did not crashes as such but would stop and indicate that the program is not responding. It happens when I want to change the font. Tried several times, different images. Staff Chris B Posted December 13, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 13, 2016 Hey ayan13, Does this happen every single time? There was an issue where you can drag one font over another and it will cause this but I can't reproduce it in the current release. How many fonts do you have installed? It could be a particular font causing it. We've had a few cases in the past like this. It could be a particular font causing it. We've had a few cases in the past like this. It happens every time. the CPU usage is always 33% . and AP freezes there.New created text and old text will freeze when hit the downscroll menu of selecting fonts.I am using Win7 pro CN 64bit system, 16G ram. SSD drive. And with Affinity Photo 1.5.0.45. My fonts number is 361 almost all that is system default fonts.I now think it maybe caused by the chinese fonts. Maybe the preview of the font effect cause the problem. But I can't delect all the chinese font to test it ,cause my windows is chinese version. I'll let you know once we've had a look. How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials

So I don't know why the win7 pc is freezeing. And what resources is the downscrolling menu using when click on it. ciao.
