NoLongerHere Posted May 21, 2024 Posted May 21, 2024 Just a few. Quite fun to do and quick as they aren't particularly complicated other than doing them head on when there might not be head on references, so some guess work. Did Van Doesburghuis slightly differently as it's so simple it looked a bit boring. lepr, VectorWhiz, Archangel and 17 others 20 Quote
NoLongerHere Posted May 23, 2024 Author Posted May 23, 2024 A quick one, someone I know said to do something by Frank Lloyd Wright if I had the time. So did this but I might try and do it better sometime. Was finding it difficult to convert photos of it to head on. The Solomon R. That is true, I have noticed that. It doesn't really matter what they're called either. HCl 1 Quote

William Overington Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 Oh! I saw your picture of the Guggenheim Museum recently. I was watching a YouTube video and a piece about a Guggenheim Art Gallery came up. Ah, I thought, I could link to that in the thread in the Share your work forum. Yet when I looked in this thread just now, it is a different building in a different country! Oh! But, well, in case it is nevertheless of interest, here it is, part way through of a video, the first part is interesting too. Yes, the Guggenheim in New York is nearly forty years older than the Guggenheim Bilbao. (Each one designed by a man named Frank, but not the same man!)
