There's no Shape Builder tool in v1. firstdefence
That doesn't look like Affinity Designer v2.4 Check the About menu option to see what version it shows. Are you on mac or windows? Alfred
32 minutes ago, Dan C said: Are you able to provide a link to the tutorial you're referring to? The official tutorials should specify the version, but there may be many third-party tutorials that don’t. Even Serif’s own material doesn’t always specify. For example, compare and contrast the headings on the ‘Features’ pages in the online Help for Affinity Photo 2 and Affinity Publisher 2. Both start out saying the list is for 2.4. There was version 1 (which you apparently have), and about 1.5 years ago it was replaced by version 2, which is a major upgrade of the application functionality and requires a new purchase. Sorry, I should have said ‘titles’ rather than ‘headings’. The page for Photo says ‘Features of Affinity Photo 2’ at the top, but the page for Publisher just says ‘Features of Affinity Publisher’. walt.farrell 1 Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.5.1 (iPad 7th gen)
