I use the resource manager a lot, is it not possible to make it a window that is dock-able, just like the layers window, channels etc?

Also would be great if its position could also be saved with your layout preset, as it disappears when you restart Affinity

Thanks!

We can assign a Keyboard shortcut to show the Resource Manager, unfortunately this won't work as a toggle so to get rid of it we need to hit the Keyboard Shortcut key again to bring it to the front (be active) and then hit the Esc key to close it.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Maybe it doesnt need to be dockable, but atleast be able to be saved open and as part of your layout

I use it all the time. We work with 3D renders that are constantly changing and the feature to auto-update linked layers is a real time saver.

It needs to be part of my UI layout

Speaking of shoutcuts, why not create a shortcut that automatically update all linked content at once without the need of opening the Resource Manager window? (in order to save screen space)

Have you tried using the setting shown in my attached image?

By using that you don’t need a shortcut as it’s done automatically.
