Hello there, 😄 SInce the V2 beta and same with the release version, when an update is available, when I launch any Affinity software, it initiates and then closes before opening (that the way I know there's an update...) and I have to go to download manually the soft to install the upgrade, only then i can use the software. this is "slightly" unpleasant, especially when you have a job to do urgently... is it possible that the programmers look into the problem? MSI version of the sofwares - WINDOWS 10 pro.

bonjour, Comme l'a dit GarryP J'ai eu le même problème depuis la beta, et j'ai trouvé un moyen de contourner le problème : Je suis passé en config QWERTY le temps d'assigner le - et le + en raccourci avant de retourner en configuration clavier AZERTY. Pour cela, il faut dans un premier temps vérifier que tu as le pack anglais installé dans la section langues des paramètres. Pour basculer en clavier QWERTY, il suffit de cliquer sur MAJ et ALT en même temps. Een clavier QWERTY le - et le + correspondent aux touches ) et = du clavier AZERTY. une fois les raccourcis mis, tu rebascule en clavier français en faisant MAJ+ALT et la touche - du pavé numérique fonctionnera HELLO, As GarryP said I had the same problem since the beta, and I found a workaround: I went to the QWERTY config for the time to assign the - and the + as a shortcut before returning to the AZERTY keyboard configuration. Hello again, same issue in the release version, but i've find a hack, so if any people have similar issue perhaps, it will help : I switched to QWERTY and I assigned the shortcuts using the position of the - and + keys on this keyboard config. Then I switched back to azerty, and miraculously, the attribution works again when i use - and + on num pad.

My contribution : I had an improvement also with the 1790, less constant lags, but I now have some occasional lags on actions in multi object selection and I had a sudden closing of the software just after...

I think that the difficulty is that this bug doesn't affect everybody at the same time. For example, as I said, I didn't have this bug until this last beta and i presume that some don't have this massive lags with this version, that the problem with so many configurations of hardware and OS : some fixes don't work on every config and some fixes can create new issues on other configurations. But I understand your feeling, especially if your have a semi-professional or professional use of the sofware. I hope that Serif gonna find the ultimate fix this instability. Wait and see.

since beta version 2.1.01781, I find myself with lags that I did not have in previous beta versions, nor on V2 release version.

I've get the same issue in Window 10, Light and Dark UI

Hello, I've got a issue with custom shortcuts : I wanted use the custom shortcuts i use in the release version to increase or decrease size of brush. (French keyboard - numeric key "-" to decrease and "+" to increase) the shortcut to increase works find, but not the decrease shortcut. I've got no issue in other versions of affinity with this shortcut and in 2.1 beta shortcuts created with "-" have bugs or don't work
