Alfred Posted March 21, 2023 Share Posted March 21, 2023 1. Create a rectangle or an ellipse at the appropriate size and position on top of the photo. 2. Apply a Gaussian Blur filter effect to the shape that you created. 3. In the Layers panel, drag the shape layer and drop it onto the thumbnail of the photo layer. jasd Posted March 22, 2023 Author Share Posted March 22, 2023 Hi. Thanks. I did exactly what you said, but it came out as a white rectangle fading to nothing over the image.
