Frozen Death Knight Posted March 13, 2023 Share Posted March 13, 2023 I just tried using the Groups option on Vector Layers and found out that it is not possible to select them. Personally I see these types of containers as another form of grouping, so to me they should behave the same as Group Layers when using this Move Tool functionality. I usually try to draw freehand since its part of my work, but with this behavior of the pencil tool it becomes too counter intuitive. Too annoying to use it. This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions. Maybe you should uncheck Preferences > General > Prefer to keep selection after delete ... if this option is checked for you.
