jstudley Posted February 24, 2023 Posted February 24, 2023 When using a fill layer, the ability to change the color does not work using the color wheel, sliders or boxes. Only adjusting the tint adjustment will the change take effect. If I move the color using the color wheel, sliders or boxes the color does not change and when I attempt to change the opacity or blend mode it reverts back the color chosen initially. The color wheel (in the Color panel) works fine for me. The one in the dropdown from the Context Toolbar also works. Opacity in both locations also works for me, and Opacity and Blend Mode (Layers panel) also work. (I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to for Blend Mode.) jstudley 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. carl123 Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 If you can save the document, reopen it and still can't change the fill colour, please upload the document to the forum Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. Staff Chris B Posted February 27, 2023 Staff Posted February 27, 2023 I think it's because you've got the wrong tool selected—try selecting the Move Tool and see if that works. If I select the Clone Brush Tool, I also cannot change the fill colour. Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
