New Character and Group styles buttons look as though they are disabled. [Publisher 2.0.3]

Why do the Character and Group Style buttons/glyphs/icons look like they are disabled? 

This is purely cosmetic in nature but it bugs the hell out of me. Yet another poor UI design which makes using the applications less than enjoyable.

Agreed, I think a mistake was made when the controls were updated for v2.

In v1, the three Create controls, which are always enabled, looked halfway between the enabled and disabled grey levels for the other three controls. I would prefer a consistent level of "enabled looking" but I get why this was chosen - the Create controls are always enabled and they didn't need to pop much while the Update and Delete controls needed to have contrasting states.

In v2, the Create Paragraph Style control is more enabled looking than Create Group Style which is more enabled looking than Create Character Style. I think this was just a mistake.

And for the love of all that is good and pure, why is the glyph for Group an S.

We are aware of this issue and it has been passed to the devs for investigation.

The issue "Create Character Style icon different grey to Create Paragraph Style " (REF: AFB-6874) has been fixed by the developers in build "2.1.0.1806".

This fix is in the current customer release.
