No WEBP in Export Persona

There's no WEBP in the file format list in the Export Persona.

Good catch. And JPEG XL also seems to be missing in the Export Persona.

At the moment this is by design however its something that is on our radar to be changed in the future.

Is there a reason you don't enable wepb and jpeg xl? like because it's too heavy?

Also: please fix the Affinity Store pages, which today indicate that webp and jpeg xl export should work on both desktop and iPad, since they don't say "desktop only".

I have spoken to the developers about this and we think it will be possible to add both WebP and JPEG XL into the Export Persona on iPad to match Desktop, as well as being available in Export (already) . This is unlikely to be in 2.0.3 whose fixes are reasonably settled, but it is likely to appear in a subsequent 2.x update on iPad

That would be very helpful, thank you. 

I have adopted webp both for use on the web and on the iPad, as I use a lot of bitmap files in my documents, both for output but also for tracing and effects, and the space saving on an iPad with webp is significant, so the wider and better webp support, the greater the help. 🙂
