Hi all,

Brand new Photo user here.  I am wondering if there is a way to change the size of the text, icons, and so on in the user interface.  It would help me if I could make them larger.  On my 27 inch screen, and where I have to sit back from it, what I am seeing is hard to work with.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

There's a Preference setting for that in the Mac versions of the Affinity applications. On Windows, though, you have to adjust the Display Scaling for the system, which will affect all the applications.

I note below some posts there is info on the poster's hardware and software.  Can't see how to do that.

From the drop down list by your name in upper right corner of screen, click on Account Settings/Signature

I just came by something on the Mac I had never looked at that may be helpful.

Screen Zoom - System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom can give a floating window that is zoomed in.  It seems to nicely enlarge the icons.  There are a lot of options for how it works.

I still don't see it.  How does it get set?

You should be able to set this at the below link, do let me know if you're still having trouble and I can look into this further :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!

At the top right of your browser window for these forums, depending on your screen size, you'll see your username and avatar, and a pulldown, or you'll see 3 horizontal bars.

In either case, click on it. Then look for Account Settings or Account, and then look for Signature.

@Dan C has kindly provided a direct link, so there’s no need to do all that hunting!

Yes, but it's good to know the "proper" way, to avoid having to use/find bookmarks, and to learn what else one can do :)
