Bob Hassinger Posted December 24, 2021 Posted December 24, 2021 Hi all, Brand new Photo user here. I am wondering if there is a way to change the size of the text, icons, and so on in the user interface. It would help me if I could make them larger. On my 27 inch screen, and where I have to sit back from it, what I am seeing is hard to work with.
walt.farrell Posted December 24, 2021 Posted December 24, 2021 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. There's a Preference setting for that in the Mac versions of the Affinity applications. On Windows, though, you have to adjust the Display Scaling for the system, which will affect all the applications. -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop 1: Windows 11 Pro 24H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Bob Hassinger Posted December 27, 2021 Author Posted December 27, 2021 Thanks. Looks like I am not alone... 🙂 BTW, I am on Macs. I note below some posts there is info on the poster's hardware and software. Can't see how to do that.

I just came by something on the Mac I had never looked at that may be helpful. Screen Zoom - System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom can give a floating window that is zoomed in. It seems to nicely enlarge the icons. There are a lot of options for how it works.
