Antony parks
Started trying to do a old style Rotring drawing; mainly for the shirt; and got carried away. Anyway just for the fun of it. Season's greetings to you all. Antony Alfred, Wosven, emmaliveson and 7 others
Slammer
Love it, just got an instaheadache from the shirt, how on earth did you survive drawing that without going insane? Alfred, emmaliveson and MattP
Antony parks
Slammer, thanks for the "love it". Yes the shirt was a bit of a challenge, definite risk of going cross eyed. Took me ages, maybe 15 hours total for the shirt.
Ren De
Wow! Great work! The colour combinations are wonderfully subtle... Antony parks
Kasper-V
Incredible! It would have been great with a plain shirt; the stripes took me right back to my mis-spent youth in the Op Art sixties! Antony parks
Yes, Felicity Jones! I'm a great fan. At least it's recognisible. Colour editing was, to my mind, greatly helped by allocating a series of global colours. I other words I drew all the hair lines in a bright orange global colour so that I could see what I was doing: the shirt strips were garish pink at one stage. At the end I had 29 global colours so the final colour edit was quite simple. Thanks for the positive comments. Antony
