Fans Need To Respect K-Pop Idols Privacy.ytn.afphotoHere is the source file. Hello, I'm Michelle. I'm having issues with Affinity Photo. So I'm having issues with Layer Effects. When I click; on Layer Effects(FX) panel and click on one of the effects, for example, 'Outline' and change the settings like 'Radius.' Blocks would show up around a cutout image of me. The same goes for the other Layer Effects as well. I have attached a screenshot; so you know what I mean.

Good evening, I've bought a Wacom Intuos M Blueetooth (CTL-6100WLK-S). I use it for painting with Affinity Photo v1 and connected with the cable works perfectly and without any lag. By using the bluetooth mode without the cable connected, the pen input is lagged by about 1/2 second and it's totally the experience is not good at all, so I am constrained to use it with the cable. Do you have any tips or suggestions on how to solve this issue? Is maybe just my mac too old? My mac is a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), processor 2,9 GHz Intel Core i5 dual-core, 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 with Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB. Thanks! -
Hey there! I'm currently working on a project that could really benefit from 3-way or 5-way rotational/radial symmetry options. What I mean is something like this: There currently is no other way in Photo to achieve this but by using linked layers that where manually rotated by 120°. This also only works semi-optimal since the links kind of brake when you scale the canvas. I posted about this and my workaround with an example file here. Cheers!

Hello, I'm trying to export an image to use as email signature, but I realised that there seems to not be an otpion to see the html code like with photoshop, is there one that I can't find or some kind of alternative? For reference it's this method but with affinity, I have all three softwares so if there is an alternative in another of the affinity software -

Here's my first attempt at the focus and exposure bracket merge. Took four sets of three +/- 2.0Ev bracketed photos on four different focus points on the pistol in RAW. I then merged the exposure stacks into four separate photos, exported those HDR images as TIFFs, and then focus merged those four photos into a single photo as a JPEG. I think it said this single JPEG is over 40MB before I cropped it to this size. Taken with my A7R IVa and Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 (photos taken at f/8) on a tripod. Appears to be some artifacting/haloing on the rear-edges of the image such as the beaver tail and hammer/slide/rear sight. Otherwise, I'm pretty impressed with the quality. The tutorial I watched did say that Affinity 2 automatically selects the clone tool and allows you to view the component images and pick which parts look the best and can then use the clone to cover up artifacts, but I was having a very difficult time getting the rear-top edges to blend well. It was either accept it the way it is, or choose to have the pistol look great with the cutting board looking off, or the cutting board look right, but the pistol part is off. Does that mean I simply need more images of those possible problem areas to generate more data for a more seamless blend of images?

This may seem like a small detail, but it constantly trips me up when opening new documents that the top default tool in Affinity Photo is for some reason the View tool (Hand, for panning around) and not the arrow pointer Move tool. This is different for some reason in Photo, whilst both Affinity Designer and Publisher follow the convention of most other tool-based graphics software that have move/select tools as the first default tool and the view/pan tool placed by the zoom tool. Seems extra strange since the View tool is probably the one tool I never use as it's so easy to pan around with middle mouse button or space bar. So if you don't have any good reason for this, please change the default top tool to the Move tool and move the View tool down like in your other software.

Hi. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here, but when I use a brush (of any kind) in Affinity Photo for iPad, I can't see the edge of the brush, which is only visible while I am selecting a brush size. It makes no difference whether I am using a finger or an Apple Pencil. Am I missing a trick here? Many thanks for your help.

Hi, I tried importing an already designed PSD file sent from my team into Affinity Photo to edit further but Affinity Photo just spread the entire design. Now everything looks stretched in a weird way. See screenshot. Please help asap! I have also attached a screenshot of the original file (opened in photopea) for your reference.

I (still) find it far too difficult to identify the active tab (Photo) among the many I may have open. Why can't the active tab background or the text be a different colour (maybe green)? I can't find any setting to change this. To close the active tab, the only easy and reliable way I find is to use Ctrl-W.

I always thought that in LAB mode the brightness setting has little or no effect on the colour, and in 16bit mode it does. Only in 32bit mode do I see a strong increase in colour. The behaviour is the same in the release version and the current beta. I attach a video and the afphoto (from the beta version and from the release). Maybe I`m wrong with my knowledge ... Is there a way to change the cursor so it matches the size of the brush tool? Couldn't find any settings for it anywhere. I have version 1.10.7.317 Thanks

Hello! I did some suggestions for the Warp tool called “Replicate Warp”, that makes possible create instances of the main warp with extra tools to control and adjust the result, such as gap, curvature, lattice, etc. It took a lot of work to do this quick overview 😓 Hope you guys find it useful. Best regards, Iajhy P.S. Please, add the warp group feature to the pixel persona in Affinity Designer 🙏, so we don’t need to switch to Photo just to do a quick warp on an image or texture every time. Does anyone know how to create a custom pixel art brush, with repeating patterns, to simulate dithering? It would be neat to create other pattern brushes too for stars and clouds. -
Hi, as a fun exercise I created the Conway's Game of live in Affinity Photo. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conway's_Game_of_Life It uses black as background/dead cell and white as living cell. GOL.mov The macro does all the steps for one iteration. It has 2 simple steps: Use a custom filter with selected values to have "living" cells within certain grey values use a PT filter to select living cells and make them "white" Ensure you have some spare batteries for the mouse (one click - one step) game of life.afmacro game of live.afphoto

I recently sent a JPG file to a friend of mine and he opened the file in Photoshop. The JPG was exported from AP v2.0.4 (Mac Ventura). When he opened the file in Photoshop, it automatically opened the file in Adobe Camera RAW instead of opening it normally, as if the file I sent him was a RAW file instead of a JPG. I tried it myself on another computer I own that has Photoshop installed and got the same result. It launches Adobe Camera RAW, with a lot of crazy slider settings in the Basic Tab. The original file was a RAW DNG file from my Canon DSLR. I processed the original RAW DNG file in AP v2.0.4 (Develop Persona) and I chose to import it into the Photo Persona with the RAW file (linked or embedded, I forget which). I wanted to retain the ability to go back and forth between AP and the Develop Persona so I could make adjustments in the Develop Persona. That all worked fine, as designed. When I exported the file from AP to JPG, I suspect AP must have written something in the metadata so the JPG looks like a RAW file, which is what caused Photoshop to launch Camera Raw. To me, JPG is an industry standard file format and should not look or open as a RAW file in any program (even AP). The original AfPhoto file format is a different matter, since you want to retain that active link to the original raw file (if linked). Is this a bug? If intended, should it be changed? I suspect so. I don't want my JPG files sent to others opening as RAW files. I exported the file from AP to JPG twice, and will attach both files. One has sRGB embedded and the other is Adobe RGB.
