I finally found it. 😄
The images are only visible if they are on the grey background page;
only the rectangles are visible.
You have to move them on the grey background page to see the images.
As they were outside the gray background pagevthey were not visible...

About the verticals and horizontals lines I found what Affinity calls "guides" under grid icon in the first menu, that are what I was looking for.

I think I found a way to avoid this problem.😀

In fact, I used to drag the image layer from the very bottom where it was to the top where the ellipse layer was.
I found that if I put this image layer just below the ellipse layer it was then much easier to move it above the other one to get the ellipse layer with the arrow as it must be.
I don't know why but it works like that.…

in fact I found a simplest way to find all the raw files.
You enter "RAW" in the search field of the photos app, you'll get all the raw photos.
(It does not work with "jpeg" ou "jpg")

I contacted Canon : they say the  reason was Affinity…
I contacted Affinity : they found the reason !
In fact one have to create first a document in A4 format and import a picture in that document that one resize also in A4.
I tried that, it works well.
