The Crop Tool in Photo crops the entire canvas.

If you have multiple layers, and you have Designer, you could open the document in Designer and use its Crop Tool, which is a tool designed to crop individual objects/layers. Or, you could use Clipping or Masking and a Rectangle shape in Photo:

Here's a V1 Photo Tutorial. It's for the desktop, but the technique on the iPad would be the same:

I found the way to do it.

But when I use the cropp tool in AD it only select all the file (there is only one layer)

How do yo select each one  of the photos ?

If you have multiple images on a single layer you can just use Photo. Make sure it's a Pixel layer, then use the Rectangular Marquee selection tool, and once you've selected one of them you can Cmd+J to make a new layer from it.

Here is a video where I try to put one picture on another one.

You can see that only the one that I cropped is still in the file.

Where is the [other] one that one can see in the layers ?

Here’s how the Crop Tool works in Designer:

Here is how to crop photos in Photo, simply use any shape, here I use a rectangle but also play with using circles etc.

Wherever you Saved it from Designer. When you Save a file part of the operation is a Files dialog where you save where to Save it.

On the Home Screen, tap on ‘+’. On the next screen, tap on ‘Open From Cloud’ (« Ouvrir depuis le Cloud »). Your file should be available from there, even if you saved it on your iPad instead of using cloud storage.
