Hi @nezumi, I did look in to is for you and when searching the email system using the email address you have associated with your forum account, this is what I found... ...It may be worth checking your Spam/Junk folder, failing that search your mailboxes for any emails from affinity@serif.com. If you still don't see anything it's a mystery, but I would encourage you to add that email address to your address book in case the emails are being filtered to parts unknown.

  4. Hi @Noel2415Live, Welcome to the Affinity forum. Assuming that all of the PC devices are Windows devices then you can use Affinity for Windows on any Windows computers you own or control. More information can be found here: https://affinity.store/help/ If they are Mac, then just replace "Windows" with "Mac" in the above sentence. If they are a mixture of both then would need a Windows and Mac licence to install on the devices you need to use.

  11. Hi @srg, You did not need to pay to update, all of our 1.x updates are free. To get yours open the Mac App Store App and go to the Updates page. If the updates are not showing, go to Store > Reload page. This should hopefully force the updates to show. To request a refund please contact the team over at affinityreturns@serif.com Accounts cannot be merged, but we can delete one if that is what you would like us to do. To avoid sharing your email address here, please contact Customer Service (affinity@serif.com) and advise which account you would like us to deactivate.

  14. Hi Ursula, Welcome to the Affinity forum. The licence allows you to install our legacy applications on two devices, so deleting the product from your previous laptop is entirely up to you. The only way to create an Affinity Store account is to purchase something directly through the Affinity Store. That said, from your Welcome screen within the app you will be able to claim the free Macro Pack which will in turn create an Affinity Store account. Purchases made through the Mac App Store however will not appear on an Affinity Store account.

  18. Hi @BigMike777, You do not need to give us credit. I expect the reason that the Unreal Engine enforces that is because the engine is being built on, and still uses the engine after creation. Once you have created something in our apps and exported it, it no longer has any links to Affinity other than your own knowledge that it is what you used.

Assuming that this relates to our Affinity apps, the Product Key and the email it was generated with was initially sent in an email titled "Affinity Product Key - Order AXXXXXXXX" if you no longer have that email, you will also find the product key and the download button for your orders in your account https://affinity.store/account/downloads/

Usually the best way, people can be a distraction It is not used at the same time. That would be some skill Switch and use. That would be easier The serial number has one each of designer and photo.   25. Hi @studiovdb, Welcome to the Affinity forum. A key is not required when the app is purchased from the App Store, it will also not appear on an Affinity Store account as Apple do not share their customer details. If you have the trial installed and it is prompting you for a Product Key, please uninstall the trial and then install the purchased version directly from the App Store.
