  1. This usually an error in Windows, not the app. First thing to try would be running "SFC /scannow" in command in an elevated command prompt (administrator) and this could fix it. If it does not work, have a look HERE.
  2. All apps have 30 days trial period. And speaking of customer service.... I've yet to find anything better than Serif so far.
  3. C'mon @cybertec69 make a man of yourself, stop crying, blow your nose, take a deep breath and ... write your batch file. Or just stop posting, ask for a refund, sign up with Adobe and have a nice day.
  4. You post too much about your poor situation that's why you don't have enough time. It takes a few seconds to make it work. Life must be hard on you !
  5. Insert C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\SerifEuropeLtd.AffinityPhoto2_2.0.0.1640_x64__3cqzy0nppv2rt\App\Photo.exe where shown.
  6. Your first post on this forum and this is what come out with... Wow ! You sound more like someone from the "dark side" than a respectful user. 🤪
  7. A handful of whining customers (or wanna be customers) not being happy because of the cost or the features, against thousands of happy users and customers, I don't think there is too much worry at Serif. And, from now on, I won't reply to these kind of posts anymore. But still... it's f... ?!*@!*
  8. If you can't afford the Affinity Suite or just not want to pay so little money for it stop whining and go with free altenatives. Don't write a book about what Serif should do for you and move forward.
  9. I would say that ... yes you are really missing something... but I won't tell you what as I don't want to be banned from this forum... Too bad people cannot be "upgraded"...
  10. History Studio (last icon on the right panel), then click on " + " and you will get a new snapshot. It shows the day, date, time of the snapshot.
  11. Did you try to disable Hardware Acceleration in Preferences....
  12. I don't know if I read it well but, should adding the digits in the left column and the ones on the right equal 100%... If so, it does not work. The graphs icons don't work either. Maybe you should take 360 degrees and find the correct angle according to the numbers. Like 89% is 320.4 and so on. Here is what I get (hoping I'm right)
  13. It has to be your setup, the file seems to be missing. I've been using Image Viewer and Affinity Photos for years without any problem.
  14. I use OneDrive as an automatic backup for all my "data" files, not to save space on local discs. So there is a setting that should be set to "off" to make sure you don't have a "ghost file" on your drive...
  15. Just my two cents.... I use Affinity programs for Windows since they came out and I have always saved and opened my files to/from OneDrive , and I never had a problem at all. I do that every day and it's been working perfectly for all those years. Apps are installed on drive C and OneDrive is on drive D. So I think there must be something else involved to get this error.
