Did you check if there are no pixels left at the border of the inserted item? Try to use the lasso to select only the Pretzel, and then copy.

If i add in view the character-panel. And place in on the screen. This character-panel stays on top of every other panel. I have an drawing, the character-panel is on the right. Then i want to export the drawing. The buttons can't be reach until i move the character-panel. See screendump: So the cancel and export buttons cannot be reached. The character-panel should go to the back of the export panel.

What you see is a print mark. And you are zoomed in. You should say “fit to page” when printing on smaller papers. Then you get a proper view.

Do You still have the document opened when you try to save as with the same name? Choose a different name in Save As. Try this, and let us know is this works.

Export my results with grid or guide line

If you choose to EXPORT a file, down under in the shown window there is an option button which is called MORE. In this menu you can choose metafile and more. -
Export my results with grid or guide line
pruus replied to bakuiseok's topic in Feedback for Affinity Designer V1 on Desktop
Although grids are backgrounds, bleeds are also, so why not make an option in More when exporting a work. Only if you want this you can activate otherwise unchecked. So, it could be useful. -
Two question which i wanted to have solved. I did not find the answer yet. If I have an document, and when the formatting of a paragraph, textframe has become a mess. is there a method to remove all formatting of a paragraph? How can I copy a formatting from one paragraph, textframe to another paragraph, textframe?

1.7.2 Crashes on my OX 10.9.5/ Year: 2008.
pruus replied to TJH Art Studio's topic in V1 Bugs found on macOS
Have you tried to save instead of save as. The problem is that the file is already opened. And you slecht the same file. In this place, when you change a existing file is to use save. But if you want to change the name, than you can do. This happened to all openende existing files. -
Is there a Resource Manager in Designer 1.7?
pruus replied to Clanks's topic in [ARCHIVE] Designer beta on macOS threads
I did like the linking in the beta, because this is the way to get smaller files and one library of images/work. But it should be good. I have Expierencedcthat changed te location of Sourcefiles, and yes, it does not changed in de AD file. So a problem. An resource manager should be good, or not included. -
I like the possibility to choose directly photo's from stock, Unsplash, Pixabay. Great. But could you please resize the chosen image to the size of the document image. This makes handling a lot easy. Now, after choosing an stockimage, i have to zoom out, resize and zoom in. One i can use the transform. But is it an idea to change by import the size of the image to the document size. It's faster and better. PLEASE.....

I really like the Studio in Affinity Publisher. But please make this studio for all applications the same to switch fast. Only is You have all applications. Then the icon in clickable: So if You using AP, the studio shows the The Photo-logo first and, if the applications are bought: the rest. This will give structure, and does make a lot of sense for the suite. And works in all applications. PLEASE??????????!!!!!!!
