hi everyone, V2 are very cool, but there is just a lack of ability in MACRO... i think that the following could be very useful, for FX picture by picture job... INSERT A PICTURE : ability to insert a picture (file) on a new layer in the pre opened picture... ex we can add a png with alpha like a logo on a full set of pictures and export them... COLOR ALPHA : the ability to select multiple green value (spectre) for example will be useful for green screen picture by picture effect... transforming the green background in alpha... and not selecting all the green in a picture... (^_0)

hi thanks for your help... affinity designer crash this morning... restarted it and no more bug...! i try with original paint brush it seems ok... and i try with frankentoon brushes it's ok too... so i don't understand the yesterday bug... >>>> i have a little question about brushes... i want to change the keystroke to increase and decrease size of brushes in affinity designer pixel persona from [ to ( and can't... i manage to change the keystroke in designer persona via preferences.... but no way for the pixel persona ? any idea... ? thanks per advance.

Hi every one, the following bug appears on Mac OS Big sur 11.6.2 and Affinity 1.10.4 on my 12 CPU old Mac Pro 2013. When i try to use the mask using painting it in black it works correctly. if i press X to switch to White for undoing some parts of the mask, it continues to work as i paint in black the parts... why... have you an idea ? Select the stroke Palette and delete the color of the stroke. You have to set it to no color… so the color will be back on the brushes…

Hi rich black is a black composed with value of cmyk… and it’s not good for text because it’s difficult to print at the same place 4 times with the 4 inks… so fine text must be done in black only. That means that you must create a color with 0 cyan 0 magenta 0 yellow and 100% of black with your text. the right way to create a maquette is first to select the right cmyk profile at the document configuration : cmyk fogra39 or convert your document into it… secondly you create global color using the menu on the right of the swatches panel (panel is near color panel) https://affinity.help/designer/en-US.lproj/index.html?page=pages/Clr/globalClr.html?title=Global colors this is important because global color permits to change your mind after. If your customer ask you a yellow and not a pink color in the document you just change the global color and every where it’s used it change . third use text style panel to customize normal, title text, using your global color or not and right fonts… it means black for fine text! Fourth : create your document with good picture quality always 300 dpi minimum Fifth : export your file with the optional setting - converting document color - color space cmyk - fogra39 as you created your document if you check the exported document in acrobat dc using the prepress tools « aperçu » the text must disappear if the black color is unchecked but you have to select the same color profile fogra39 for this to work.

Ok what I have done with your help… first I use document setting to convert color cmyk to fograf 39… Secondly creating a new global color and applying to all my text… 0,0,0,100 And I takes a long time… (^_^) Third export using converting document color to cmyk and including color setting of fograf 39… checked it in acrobat with fograf 39 profil and it works black are black… thanks for all guy! ok i try to make a black box as you with fograph 39 (just in case a problem with my fograph 29), first converted it to fograph 39 and the exporting print ready setting and color conversion checked... it works in Acrobat DC... we are on the right way... so i attempt to convert the entire book to fograph 39 first... and it takes a lonnnnng times... i must give you a tips for all this help... (^_^) if i manage to get it work !!!

ok i try to open your file global black... and export it with print setting pdf... open it in acrobat DC... same problem black appear in the 4 colors... i don't understand why...
