Hello,

I have very very very great image to retouch ( > 32768 pixels), and I would like to know the maximum size (in pixels) possible?

It should open fine. AFAIK, Affinity Photo has no image size limitation - it all depends on the spec of your machine. 

 

Have you tried to open the image? If so, what happened?

Sorry Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer Does have Limitation. Impossible not to.

I think what this means is the only limitation is how much RAM is needed to work on the document vs. how much is installed on the machine & available to the app. That is not the same as file or image size because all that data does not need to be loaded into RAM at the same time.

 

In other words, there is apparently no inherent image size limit in the code, as there would be if for example it allocated only a certain number of bits to store size-related values.

Theoretically 64-bit applications limit pixel amount to 17.2 billion GB. So keep an eye to that pixel count.

Can someone please tell me the maximum artboard size that can be set in Affinity Designer? How many inches wide/tall can you make an artboard?

I need to know before purchasing and can not find this information anywhere. Thank-you
