I just started with Affinity but I’m so disappointed and frustrated. I click on the Help tab. I can usually get a menu to appear but when I make a selection from the menu the screen goes blank. I’m using an up to date year old MacBook Pro with Mojave 10.14.3. Please advise. Perhaps I should contact Affinity. Does anyone have their phone number?

You can access the Affinity Photo Help online here.

Affinity is a brand, not a company. Contact details for Serif (Europe) Ltd can be found at the bottom of their ‘About’ page.

Additionally, if you browse or search these forums you will find other issues reported with the Help on certain MacOs releases. Apple apparently changed something that broke the Affinity Help system.

There should be little need, by the way, to contact Serif outside the forums. Their Quality Assurance team and Developers are quite active here, and the forums are used as one of their official support mechanisms

I might have this wrong but I think the issues with the Affinity app built-in Help on Macs are largely if not entirely confined to running the Mojave OS on certain Mac models. Anyway, using the online version via the link @Alfred posted should work.
