Hello, I apparently have an affinity account that I get billed for on my AMX account. I never use this and feel ripped off. I've been searching for too long as to how I can get my account closed. Affinity applications for general consumers are not sold with a reoccurring subscription charge, they are a one time purchase for a license. I have checked for an Affinity account using the email address you provided, and there is only a download for the Affinity Photo trial on macOS listed, which was claimed back in June 2019. There is no listing of a purchase in your account, and there certainly isn't a reoccurring charge applied, as above. I would recommend emailing affinity@serif.com if you wish to discuss this further with our team, but I can confirm there is currently no clear indication this charge is from Affinity Software. Quote

Where is the search bar in the Help section, I´ll tell you - not excisting! Why is it impossible to find ANY info on how I delete one of two accounts!!! You really just need to look at similar post dating many years back to understand that this is very deliberate! Just like Adobe and other makes it truly hard to delete an account! Send an email to affinity@serif.com, state the user name and the email address used/connected in the email, a Serif employee will then get back to you. Of course it would be easier to provide a button so that you can do it yourself as a user.
