Tazintosh
Hi guys, I would love to be able to do this: Actually, only one docked column on the left + one docked on the right is possible. The rest has to be floating panels, while some people prefers fixed UI elements (reason I really can't get into Pixelmator UI). This trigger another question :) • How about being able to dock elements like "character", "paragraph", "media browser" (this one have been ask already), etc.? deeds
Petar Petrenko
My opinion is that the panels should be docked in a horiznotal line like Canvas (it is really great) as I mentioned in some privious post. That way they will be accesed much quicker because they will be in front of you instead left or right. On big monitors left/right docker panels are not so easily reached. Tazintosh
Hey Petar, This is your way of working, not mine :) Pointing out that docked panels are —not— easily reachable is your opinion. The point, in both your message and mine, is that it would be great to get some flexibility to the UI layout. deeds
Petar Petrenko
Yes, it is my way of working -- as I mentioned at the beggining of the post, but I forgot to emphasize it, sorry. ;) Quote All the latest releases of Designer, Photo and Publisher (retail and beta) on MacOS and Windows. 15” Dell Inspiron 7559 i7 ● Windows 10 x64 Pro ● Intel Core i7-6700HQ (3.50 GHz, 6M) ● 16 GB Dual Channel DDR3L 1600 MHz (8GBx2) ● NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5 ● 500 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD ● UHD (3840 x 2160) Truelife LED - Backlit Touch Display 32” LG 32UN650-W display ● 3840 x 2160 UHD, IPS, HDR10 ● Color Gamut: DCI-P3 95%, Color Calibrated ● 2 x HDMI, 1 x DisplayPort 13.3” MacBook Pro (2017) ● Ventura 13.6 ● Intel Core i7 (3.50 GHz Dual Core) ● 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 ● Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 1536 MB ● 500 GB SSD ● Retina Display (3360 x 2100)

Staff MEB Posted March 16, 2015 Staff Share Posted March 16, 2015 Character, Paragraph and other panels will be reworked (and able to be docked) as we move forward. There's other issues/features that must be tackled first. cgartists 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
