I did an illustration in acrylics more than twenty years ago and just decided to recreate it as a vector image.
It took me half the time to make it. I'm thoroughly convinced!

Really like the textures and treatments in the water, waves, clouds and other. Recreating from another media is something I could add to my own inspiration list. Thanks for sharing a great piece of work.

One of the reasons I did recreate the old image is because I thought the idea was good but the execution in acrylics didn't pass muster any more. There'll be a bunch more to do!
