Affinity Photo beta build 3089 freezes during file export - windows 11

Sometimes when exporting, for example an image to a jpg file, the application freezes. The mouse cursor is also frozen, or made inactive. Attempting to use keystrokes  ctrl/alt/del to invoke the Task Manager does not work - there is no response. The only course of action is a hard shutdown - turn off the computer power.

Sorry guys, I'm not able to reproduce this problem. For me the export works as expected. Unfortunately I don't have any suggestion to help you out.

A staff member or someone who knows a lot more than I do will probably pick up this ticket.

Hey Treehunter,

I export dozens of images every day for testing etc. and haven't had any issues of late.

Perhaps it's something to do with a particular file. If you could attach the Affinity file for testing purposes, we can attempt to reproduce this - cheers.

Jsou ovladače grafické karty aktuální? Stane se to i v případě, že je v Affinity Photo deaktivována hardwarová akcelerace?

Ovladače aktuální, hardwarová akcelerace aktivní. Stává se to nahodile, není to souborem. Zkoušel jsem ten stejný soubor znovu a vše proběhlo v pořádku. Někdy spadne za 10 min. jindy až po 10 hodinách.

Trvalou nápravu může přinést deaktivace hardwarové akcelerace.

Ok. Zkusím a dám vědět. Je to sice zpomalení ale uvidím jak to bude fungovat. U 1.9.... to bylo hodně poznat.

Pokud kliknete na položku nabídky Nápověda v aplikaci Affinity, můžete v podnabídce spustit test rychlosti.
Proveďte jeden s aktivní hardwarovou podporou a druhý bez ní.
