I have 2 machines - I already have affinity on my Mac. Is there any way I can use it on my Wondows machine? It looks like the Downloads I have in my account are IOS only.

Hello and welcone to the forums.

It's possible only with the universal licence. Single licences are OS specific and they can't transfered between IOS, MacOS or Windows.

MAC mini M4 | MacOS Sequoia 15.2 | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 LE 16 GB  | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.2605)

Affinity Suite V 2.5.7 & Beta 2.6 (latest)

also It looks like I already have a universal license - where do I find the download for PC?

Your screenshot shows that you purchased Affinity Publisher V1 (Version 1.10.8) To my knowledge there was never a universal license offered for V1, so I am not sure what the "DMG (Universal)" refers to.

All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.5.7 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7

I think that the word ‘Universal’ shown in the screenshot next to the DMG indicates that it is a Universal Binary, i.e. will run on both Intel and Apple Silicone Macs.
It dose not indicate the type of license.

macOS 12.7.6  15" Macbook Pro, 2017  |  4 Core i7 3.1GHz CPU  |  Radeon Pro 555 2GB GPU + Integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 1.536GB  |  16GB RAM  |  Wacom Intuos4 M

Apple Silicone

Just as a point of information, the ARM processor designed by Apple Inc. is Apple Silicon (without a final ‘e’). Silicon is a chemical element; a silicone is a polymer, a compound which in this case is typically an oil or a rubbery substance.

The screenshot in your later post shows that the operating system in question is macOS, not iOS. The former is used on iMacs and MacBooks, the latter is used for smaller portable devices such as iPhones; recent versions of iOS for iPad are named ‘iPadOS’.

also if I upgrade to V2  of the suite is that a universal license?

If you purchase V2, you have a choice of purchasing a license just for macOS, or just for Windows, or just for iPadOS, or of purchasing a Universal license that will let you use the V2 applications on any of the 3 OSes that are supported. V1 was licensed differently, and required separate purchases for each OS.
