For those who are intrigued by the Voronoi filter in Affinity Photo and would like some background information, I thought I should share the following link to an article about Voronoi diagrams:

A brief introduction about [sic] this ubiquitous pattern and its applications

Have you experimented with different colour palettes or blending modes to achieve unique results?

No, I haven’t. Have you?

Thanks for the suggestion!

Is this in Version 1 of Affinity Photo, and if so, where please?

Try the Help, searching for Voronoi

The Help feature link to a page, but I cannot find it.

Is it under a different name or in a cascading menu somewhere please?

I have not used Affinity Photo apart from a quick look once or twice, so I may have missed something basic.

I saw Alfred's post and thought I would have a try.

It tells you it's a Filter, and if you read further on the Help page you'll find a See Also that describes applying filters.

The voronoi filter is based on internal functions, available as procedural texture filter and offering even more options to influence the result.

Voronoi Noise
cellnoise cellnoise(S x, S y)
cellnoise(S x, S y, S spread)

cellnoise2 cellnoise2(S x, S y, I degree)
cellnoisedist cellnoisedist(S x, S y)
cellnoisedist(S x, S y, S spread)

cellnoiseedge cellnoiseedge(S x, S y, S sz, S softness)

Special interest into procedural texture filter, edit alpha channel, RGB/16 and RGB/32 color formats, stacking, finding root causes for misbehaving files, finding creative solutions for unsolvable tasks, finding bugs in Apps.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.
