Publisher crashes on mouse click in document

Recommended Posts

Same on macOS. Interestingly, if I move the two layers out of the Artboard using the Layers panel, then I'm able to manipulate the background without any issues. It's the Artboard that's causing the issue.

I tried. It crashes immediately if I click on the artboard right away. But if I do "something else" first (e.g. dragging objects around instead of left-clicking, nudging the objects), then it may have no crashes at all.

I can't get it to crash, whether clicking on background or artboard.

The attached document will crash immediately when attempting to just click on the background.

Windows 10 / Affinity 2.4.2

I meant to add that there is a message when I open the document  image.png.b566a7736daa9cfcb8905c8fb06b60ba.png

but I haven't converted, simply clicked on the background, no crash!

Hi @CM0,

I've replicated the crash here on both Windows and MacOS.

I've just logged this with the Developers to resolve.  Any updates I get on the report, I'll be sure to update this thread :)
