But if you have an image of text, as opposed to having vector text, it will be harder to make changes to it. Assuming it's not your trademark, you should probably get their permission if you're going to use that image in anything you try to sell or make publicly available on the Internet where they might see it. I'm a product photographer. I do 20-30 candle photos each 1-2 month for the bother's online shop. I did sort of a template and now I'm just changing the colours + writings so I don't have to set up the entire background each time. + my brother wanted the photos to be exactly the same. I've got all those candles, bought. I don't think it is illegal... or is it? I mean... what's the difference for a producer of those candles? Thought I do something illegal BUT I don't do this for this shop you've linked, it's an official producer's shop. I do it for a third-party shop. I hope it doesn't make it illegal.
