NatalieDDDD
I imported my document into Affinity Publisher and it has several different fonts. It's 200 pages long. How do I change the font of the entire document?
Fixx
Did you get styles with the import? Right way would be to adjust styles.

How do I change the font of the entire document? Welcome to the forums. What sort of document is it? Can you save the file as a plain text file? Can you copy all the text and then use Edit > Paste Without Style What I do is start with a plain text file that has 'tags' for all the various styles I would want. Old Bruce
I forgot to add that you could also just Select All the the text using the text cursor and the Select > Select All menu item. Then just apply one font. That would be Face, size and style. For example, this very simple 3 page Linked & unlinked text frames.afpub file has a mix of linked & unlinked text frames. Using Select > Select All on various ones results in only the text of whatever others they are linked to (if any) being selected. No you are correct, I was making an assumption that the text would be just one long stretch of linked text frames. It's a PDF that was created in Canva. I honestly have no idea what I'm doing

I can't believe there isn't an easier way to do the whole document.

How do I change the font of the entire document? Seeing as it is a PDF you are going to have to select all the text page by page. PDF is the worst format to use for importing text. It is a file format for making finished documents, not a working document. NatalieDDDD
What’s a better way to save it?
Old Bruce
14 minutes ago, NatalieDDDD said: What’s a better way to save it? If you have access to the original document and can export it (or Save As...) as Rich Text Format or even Plain Text. You could use the Microsoft Word format *.docx as well. If you are wanting just the one font in Publisher then the best would be Plain Text.
