Don't assume that being gray means it's not available. In this case, it's gray because you have to use one of its children, which you'll see once you click on it. As Walt mentions above, you need to expand the 'group' and select the correct OS option before creating your bug report. Not to worry however, as this thread has now been moved. I've checked using both your name and email address against our database and I cannot see any contact from yourself via email or Facebook in the past week, so I'm sorry to hear this but I would recommend ensuring you are emailing the correct address (affinitysupport@serif.com) as we certainly aren't selectively ignoring you. In regards to the issue shown, have you tried disabling Hardware Acceleration as suggested above?
