Please make friends with the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch instead of pointing a digital camera at the screen. You’ll get clearer screenshots and they’ll have smaller file sizes.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.

Did you try to click Report a Bug in Affinity Designer? Don't assume that being gray means it's not available. In this case, it's gray because you have to use one of its children, which you'll see once you click on it.

In any case, I see a moderator has moved your topic for you.

I've double checked and there's no restrictions on your Affinity Forum account - so you should be able to post in any section. As Walt mentions above, you need to expand the 'group' and select the correct OS option before creating your bug report. Not to worry however, as this thread has now been moved.

I've checked using both your name and email address against our database and I cannot see any contact from yourself via email or Facebook in the past week, so I'm sorry to hear this but I would recommend ensuring you are emailing the correct address (affinitysupport@serif.com) as we certainly aren't selectively ignoring you.

In regards to the issue shown, have you tried disabling Hardware Acceleration as suggested above?
If this has not helped, please provide a screenshot of your Edit > Preferences > Performance here for me. Many thanks in advance :)
