The Add ons\ Atmosphere, wont open, It says (not a valid bitmap file) Is there another way to open it? Can I reverse the Order?

Id LOVE to share work But Both AP and AD have Refused to do anything but barely open..I wouldnt be Putting this Here, But It was The Only Option given to me, (photo beliw) i couldnt Report a bug But Its ok to share "your work" Ive been trying to edit the same pic fir two days... unresponsive, kinda like cust serv🤣🤦‍♀️

I was doin Exactly what this video said to, is it wrong?.. I dont understand what you mean..I know about white and blk masking, & layers, This was painting, (and flashing like a bad video) then It did nothing...Ive since done the Exact Pic combo on PhotoShop and it worked Beautifully🤨

https://youtu.be/pOBtq484XUQ using this video, AP got to 5:00(min), exactly every time and wouldn't paint the water back, after that it just painted white color ..wouldn't do anything else.. I've had this and so many other problems.. it just Does Not work..

I also have Photoshop & Corel psp.. neither are doing that..I reached this forum thru a link in the AP software, that Maybe why the screen was doing the same as the software flashing...?Im not really asking for a fix, Im just sharing what its doing now...

Flashes in the middle of trying to do anything then freezes up, becomes Completely unresponsive then The entire screen disappears..basicly no matter what Im doing I never Expect to have it in 10mins..this is so much Much more stressful than it Should Be!..Two times during me Typing this , This Screen(THREE times Now!)has Flashed Off!! How BUGGY! And Horribly Frustrating thats There is NO Cust serv..or assistance (honestly) of any kind...This site is even glichy

Do you have any Idea why One of my purchases would not be included on my account page?..I bought affinity Photo And Designer..the only thing showing up on my account page is the Designer purchase...I need to UNinstall all of it to attempt to reinstall, but without some sort of Number for my photo purchase Im sure they will make me Rebuy it...This is such a Headache...honestly this software isnt worth all this aggravation..who ever "answers" the emails does it at their Leisure..And I dont have forever to wait for something that should just Work...

I made this, alil more than a month ago, computer was "down" for a bit Now I Cant find the "effect/Tool" I used to make the "grid/sonic look"..Anyone know off hand?Lol...Thanks ahead of time;)..Cant believe I cant find it...
