ronnyb
It would be great if AD had a Preference slider for UI saturation, that way we could desaturate the colorful UI icons... Sometimes less is more ;) boudewijndanser 1 Quote 2021 16” Macbook Pro w/ M1 Max 10c cpu /24c gpu, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, macOS Sequoia 15.1 2018 11" iPad Pro w/ A12X cpu/gpu, 256 GB, iPadOS 18.
boudewijndanser
Yes! And make the icon / function that is active stand out more. For me it makes the whole interface easier on the eyes, and it tells me this is the function you're using, and these are it's settings / buttons. ronnyb
ronnyb
Yes boudewijnanser, exactly, save the coloured icon for the currently selected tool! I would also love to see a mini fill/stroke color selector included in the Docked tool palette, just like it is in the Separated mode... boudewijndanser 1 Quote 2021 16” Macbook Pro w/ M1 Max 10c cpu /24c gpu, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, macOS Sequoia 15.1 2018 11" iPad Pro w/ A12X cpu/gpu, 256 GB, iPadOS 18.
Staff MattP Posted October 7, 2014 Staff Share Posted October 7, 2014 If you go to 'View'->'Customise Tools...' you can set the Tools toolbar to be 2 columns and then you'll find the colour selector now appears on the toolbar :)
Raskolnikov
Would be great that only the selected tool would be colored :) It's just a suggestion and personal preference. ronnyb
ronnyb
Thanks Matt, that's cool, I tried it and it works! But then I'm "wasting" all those empty pixels under the two columns, lol... Wait I just realized I can undock JUST the 2 column palette, and then I can see my image below without blocking the rest of the space under the tool palette. That's what I'll do for now, keep the 2 column tool palette undocked and the rest of the UI docked. Best of both worlds! We creatives are a picky bunch, huh? LOLOL! Cheers guys! ronniemcbride 1 Quote 2021 16” Macbook Pro w/ M1 Max 10c cpu /24c gpu, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, macOS Sequoia 15.1 2018 11" iPad Pro w/ A12X cpu/gpu, 256 GB, iPadOS 18.

Telegram Sam
I like the Genie effect that Apple uses on their Applications dock. Larger tool icons would be a good option. The rollover Genie effect would be the best. I'm closing in on my senior years. Visibility is a big deal for me.
Raskolnikov
Yes, possibility of a bigger interface (icons and other tools,...) and lighter one (not only dark) would be great. A_B_C
amergin
I would also love to see an option for bigger UI elements, Icons and Font Sizes.
