How to Edit Someone Else's jpg?

I want to change the URL. How do I do that?

In Photo erase the letters using the eraser then type your text using the text tool then put a white rectangle under the layers. Export to JPEG or flatten the document and save.

In Designer there is no Flatten document so export is your option.
