  1. I purchased V2 from Affinity. There are no "check for updates" links in any of my Affinity programs. The 2.4 does not show up when I open any of my Affinity programs. How do I get the 2.4 updates?
  2. MikeTO; The tech sheet only applies to Affinity Photo. Correct? Does the addition of HEIF with depth map (as a separate layer) to Photo mean Photo will be able to work with / import HEIF images or will Photo be able to export as HEIF?
  3. My iPhone 15 Pro allows photos in the HEIF extension. Will Affinity be able to work with the HEIF extension?
  4. Why did you attach the free manual for Publisher 2.3?
  5. Which of the Affinity tools can I create a schematic diagram as the first step in planning out a client's website? Instructions?
  6. v_kyr; Thank you so much. Exactly what I wanted to create. How did you do it?
  7. The yellow-highlighting was added with SnagIt. I have the original image (attached) created in Designer.
  8. I created the attached logo using the Brilon typeface and want to change the yellow-highlighted portion of the "B" to another color. How do I do that?
  9. My website client would like me to update their product sheet (attached). My client uses the product sheet as give-aways in their retail store. How would I go about that especially the background gradient and the shadowing on each photo?
  10. My next question is how to change the font color from black to white?
  11. My client sent me the attached logo and wants it presented on their website with a transparent background. I've followed some instructions I found in an Affinity forum, but although the white disappears, the background isn't transparent (see 2nd image). Advice?
  12. LeeThorpe; When I open my Suite programs, and click on the account button in the top right, I do NOT see a register button, but I do see a statement that this application is licensed to "me". Does that mean I am not in trial mode, but in my licensed product mode?
  13. In that I couldn't get Designer 2's dmg file to open and install, I updated to MacOS Ventura and downloaded and installed the app successfully from the Apple App Store. Although Designer open OK, I am not able to enter my license. Where do I go, when I have Designer open, to enter my license?
  14. I downloaded the Mac versions Designer 2.0 from https://store.serif.com/get/universal-licence-2/trial/ and still am not able to double-click or open. There is a momentary reaction to my double-click but it does NOT open. ????
  15. I purchased the V2 suite today, downloaded but none of the dmg files will open. How to fix? I've downloaded on Safari and Chrome, thinking that one would work. Neither did.
  16. As far as I know, I was not reducing the resolution of the original PNG image. It was 72dpi to begin with. I simply made the image dimensions smaller.
  17. I reduced the size of an image on my homepage, to speed up loading, from 1920 px X 1021 px to 848 px X 451 px using Affinity Photo's Document Resize feature. Although the resulting reduced size image loads much faster, it is blurry when rendered on the front-end of my website. I've attached the original 1920 X 1021 image and the reduced size 848 X 451 image. How do I reduce the size of an image without it getting blurry?
  18. I'd like to flip some text upside down. How? For example, I want to flip LBWS upside down.
  19. I followed your video instructions and was able to create the 115CFC vertical gradient, however my background isn't visible. ???
  20. I was able to create the #115CFC create in Photo by creating a new fill layer. Now I have two layers (fill & background). The background layer is the original image I want the gradient to apply to. Although I have the two layers, the gradient layers is NOT overlaying the image. ???
