It is the embedded document Zsegur motard Try Rasterize and Trim than export.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Hi PedroDominguez,

Sorry for the delay in responding - there are currently a lot of threads and we're gradually going through them!

The document Old Bruce specified is in LAB which means it cannot be output to the PDF format. So instead of converting this to raster the document is failing to export. This is a known issue that is with development to be fixed.

Hi amedeomantica,

Can you please be more specific about 'Export is broken'? What behaviour are you seeing, can you provide a screen recording that demonstrates the behaviour you're getting, along with any supporting documents you use please.

Unfortunately just saying 'Export is broken' isn't helpful to us, as we cannot begin to investigate the issue.

We have made fixes/improvements to this area (PDF Press Ready export fails if it contains an embedded LAB PDF) of the program in the latest release.

The fixes and how to update are described in these forum posts.

We would appreciate you checking that this issue has now been resolved for you,

Hi,

Same issue with new build. However I figured out that the issue was caused by a corrupted font.

Replacing the font fixed the issue.

However it was working with older affinity versions.

I would suggest to not throw a too generic error to the user if possible

Thank you

Amedeo
