Designer not registering with studiolink

Recommended Posts

After updating all three, studiolink is requesting that I purchase designer. All three programs have been updated and opened. Not sure if the problem is with designer being 1.8.1, and publisher and photo are 1.8.0. Photo is being activated through studiolink.

Hi I am currently having this same issues. Any ideas on how to fix it?

What is the version number of each of your three (?) Affinity apps? Are they all the same?

As the note at the bottom of the StudioLink window says, have you launched your other Affinity apps at least once before trying to use the Designer & Photo personas of Affinity Publisher?

Note that StudioLink is a feature only of Affinity Publisher -- there is no 'reverse' link to Publisher from Affinity Designer or Affinity Photo.

A screenshot of your StudioLink window when the problem occurs might help us see a problem.
