  1. I am not a professional, but I am trying export a pdf of a 50 page document I made in publisher. Another life time ago I used Quark, but that knowledge is not so useful now. I have pages of vector based art I made with Designer and used only a few fonts. I watched the tutorial, but it did not help. I keep getting the message, “An error occurred while exporting to: users....” I put all the images with the document if the same folder. I got the same error message. I took out all the images and tried it with just text and no luck either. The odds are high it is user error, but I would appreciate suggestions. Thanks. -jon
  2. AD crashes everytime I try to use the "create plane" set. I guess it does not crash so much as the spinning wheel of doom never stops. Suggestions? The video looked like fun, sadly it has only been frustrating when I've tried it.
  3. I am a new user (obviously) and I have had some experience with Illustrator, but this is driving me crazy. The fact that I could at one point change tools, but now cannot is maddening. Overall, Designer looks like a good program, but it has much less functionality if I cannot click on the tools in the tools panel. I can use key commands, but I do not have them memorized. It certainly takes the fun out of what I am working on.
  4. I am trying to change tools in AD's tools panel but I cannot do it. At one time I could, but not now. If someone could tell me how I can change this I would appreciate the help.
