When you bought it from our store you will have been given (and emailed) a product key. That's probably what you need. It's tied to the email address that you made the purchase with.

As a Mac users and purchased my program from Apple Store not a problem for me or normally a Window users who purchases from Microsoft.

Is it possible that the product key be listed under one of the default preference panels?  How many, on purpose or by accident, delete old emails?  If security issue, someone could always provide the product key if they have the email or write Serif for the product key.  May help a lot of users.

Users who purchased directly from Serif can always login to the Serif store using the same email address and password they used for the purchase, and get their product keys there.

Walt that is very true, if they are aware, which many are not, as repeated question(s) imply.  Automate when one can.  I’m also aware that one, may not look in preference window.  One can only guess how many times Serif has replied with the email answer and not added or logging into their account to locate product key.

How do they get to the Preferences panel to view their product key if they need to type in their product key to start the application to see the Preferences panel?

Hello, my program was transferred over to another PC

I do not think this is an Affinity Store customer, at least not using the email address used to create this account.

@Manxie29

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

Please tell us how your purchased the Affinity Software for the original PC (and what OS/platform it is) and what OS the new PC is, thank you.

Although Patrick Connor provided a answer, many purchase a new computer and want to add Affinity Program.  It just a simple fact that many need a Product Key and don’t know how to obtain.
