1. Add a lighting layer

2. Select spot point type

3. Try moving distance with mouse wheel, you ca see it goes 1-2-3-2-1

4. Go to 1%

5. Try holding ctrl key while moving the mouse wheel (recently found out this is decimal modifier). You can see the size changes, but the value stays at 1.

 

Also, tint slider doe not work in this setup for light colour.

I can't replicate that. However using the CTL key does nothing, but the Shift key is a modifier by 10.

Sorry, just realized I made an error in the description. You need "point" not "spot".

Percentage settings are not adjustable with the ctrl key for decimals.
May be intentional but may be a bug?
Shift key for tens are working in all including percentage

I double checked and with point source it bugs out like described.

Checked this in the release version it doesn't work there either.
Will make a bug report
