  2. Hi jgc, Welcome to the Affinity Forums! Serif do not have any record of Mac App Store purchases, and the Affinity Store is independent of any other forum account or Serif mailing list you may also be part of. Essentially, if you bought it from Apple, you will find it in your Apple account.
  3. Hi Leif, Welcome to the Affinity Forum! Whilst you can use Affinity apps for Mac on any Macs you own or control for personal use, (More information can be found here: https://support.apple.com/HT202152 ) you would need to buy a separate Windows version to install on Windows. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses.

We've experienced severe delays with these Workbooks as a result of stock issues and aim to have all outstanding orders shipped by next Wednesday at the very latest.   11. Hi R C-R My apologies for this misinformation. Due to overwhelming interest in the Affinity Photo Workbook, stock ran out earlier this week and was scheduled for replenishment later this week; there was a small delay with this and so we had to put this date back to Monday. As opposed to change the message provided, and since there was only a very slight delay, we decided not to update the message received by customers via email. My apologies if you have been caught up in this delay; it certainly wasn't our intention to disappoint. You should have your Workbook in no time at all.   12. Hi res0122, Affinity Designer Workbooks are in stock and will be shipped the same day. Affinity Photo Workbooks are expected to be back in stock on Monday and shipped soon after.
  13. Hi Oddas, Welcome to the Affinity Forums Unfortunately, our external warehousing provider do not offer Norway for deliveries. We can only ship to the countries listed in our store, sorry.
  14. Hi Frank, Our Forum and our Store are two separate entities, and having an account on one, does not mean you will have an account on the other. We do not have an existing Affinity Store account that uses your email address. When placing your order, please use the “New to Affinity” option at checkout using any email address and password you wish. An Affinity Store account will be created for you. Hope this helps
  15. Not on the software, but we have just launched our Affinity Photo Workbook, and to celebrate that we have reduced the price of our Workbooks by 25%.
