Unfortunately there's no mockup feature within Affinity currently, this has been requested previously on our forums and we hope to include support in the future.
We don't support Smart Objects in Affinity, so these are rasterised upon import.
I don't know of any personally, my apologies.

But it should. This is one of the biggest pain for users trying to switch to AD from different software. 
Is there any scenario that you have in mind where this would come handy? 
I think being able to disable it should solve the problem and would make everyone happy.

It's very annoying, you are doing something, then you stop, look at it, then realize you have to move something, then you press V, and it goes back to the previous tool, like zoom for example, then instead of move what you want, you zoom in or out, then you have to zoom in or out again to adjust your view, press V another time, then move

How does setting up your own shortcuts change the behaviour described by the OP? Whatever hotkey you choose, if you press the same one twice in succession the second press takes you back to the previous tool.

Ah, no, we're talking about two different things! If the shortcut belongs to a group of two (like T for Artistic Text and Frame Text) then pressing the same key will toggle between those two options, but this is just a special case of cycling through all the options in a group; for example, pressing J repeatedly in Affinity Photo will cycle through the options in the Healing Brush Tool group so that you can access the Inpainting Brush Tool and other related tools. What the OP is talking about is the fact that with a single shortcut such as V for the Move Tool, pressing it a second time will select the previous tool instead of reselecting the current tool.

the smooth tool is the reason why I needed to install illustrator again :( also the shape builder tool
