So I tried some simple grid stitching to see if that works properly now in AP.
And YEP, worked really well. Barely had to make manual corrections to the stitch.

The shooting setup was as below.

    X1   |   Y1

    X2   |   Y2

It's a great way to cover a wider POV without sacrificing distance to object and perspective.

It would be nice to actually input values in this panel. Like Padding top-left 20px, margin 20px, and you're done :D

Hey, would be awesome if aligning buttons would work on vector nodes:

    Hi Frank,
No, basically you have to disable all the controls both outside and inside in the Constraints panel and simply place the object at the center of the rectangle. See screenshot below.

    Hi Frank,

To anchor to the centre, just align your object to the centre and then turn off the width and height stretching, so your object cannot change size, but its position will remain in the centre as the container changes. Hope that makes sense? :)

    Thanks,
    Matt

What do you think of an approach like this to make it clearer what the lock modes actually achieve?

The wine is ridiculously expensive though. Some of the ancient (not just old) bottles they keep would buy you a decent house in an affluent neighbourhood. :o

    Now that's really scarey!

    Thanks Peter,

it's not bad as far as cellars go. Air is reasonably good in there. It felt nice in there, not gloomy or anything. I think it's the warm candle light that friendlies up the place.

I shot this at fairly high iso (6400) at Eberbach Monastery's wine cellar and stitched it up in Affinity Photo without a hitch.

The location may seem familiar if you've seen the Sean Connery movie "The Name of the Rose".
I'm doing pretty much all of my panoramas in Affinity Photo now. The 32-Bit float ones I still do in PTgui pro for now, but that's about it. Which may change with v1.5 and the HDR bubble feature.  ;)

This was already requested quite a few times. If it would allow irregular feathering and realtime feedback on canvas would be great.

Going to have to sit this version out. Can't get it to open after setting "open anyway" in system preferences. Downloaded again today, still nothing.

A tool that feathers the edge of any vector shape would be great. It would make masking of hard surface objects a lot simpler too. Also it would cut time when re-creating or balancing gradient filters on strongly curved lenses. For Designer it would just be a really cool tool to blend between shapes.

Here's what The Foundry's implementation looks like.
