I am also very interested in having a bulk relink feature added to the resource manager, but I would also like it to automatically find files in the same folder as a single relinked file. I hate to bring up the opposition, but like Lightroom does when you relink a missing file, it will say it has found other missing files in this folder, do you wish to relink and so forth.
    Thank you!

    Hi,
I am thoroughly enjoying Affinity Publisher! The ability for me to add adjustment layers to master pages is incredible!
Two features would be so so time saving for me:
Relink to a folder. Many times I have an entire folder full of exports of frames from a video I am referencing, that I later want to replace with the color graded version. In Indesign, I kept the filenames the same but could batch re-link resources to another folder. This feature would be a game-changer for me — Affinity already speeds up my workflow compared to inDesign, but with this feature, it would be blazing fast. So selecting multiple resources and being able to relink them to another folder would be a godsend. It could then look for all the files with the same name in said folder.
Auto place multiple images in a frame of a master page, creating new pages to create enough master pages. Thanks for making this program!

Well, I had no idea! Thank you so much! That never occurred to me!
    I will check that.
    Have a good one!

What color format are you working in? See Document -> Convert format with the picture open.
Topaz plugins and many others do not support all color modes/formats. When they don't support a format (fx CMYK, LAB) they are greyed out. But sRGB 8/16 should work.
On this Windows 10 machine they work as they did in 1.6 - but of course OS X is another story.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums
It's not possible yet. There are plans to be able to open IDML files in the future
<mod edit> IDML not INDD file clarification was made in an edit on 6th July 2019 </mod edit>

    Hi Martin,
    Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Thanks you for your feedback. Regarding the Mesh Warp Tool: to add more control points double-click inside the Mesh area. You can add as much as you need for more control.

    Hello Team,

i really like Affinity Photo, you did a great job. Thanks a lot for that :)

I've worked for a time with Photoshop and in AP i miss just two little things (for the moment)

*A filter like Glowing Edges in PS:
I found "Detect Edges " in the filter menu but it's not the same, too less configuration possibilities

    * Free Transform like in PS:
The Wrap Mesh Tool makes a good job but i miss the possibility to click somewhere inside the photo and push and pull in whatever direction i want, it's not the same if you can only ´"grap" the photo on the outer edges

Would be great, if you could implement these two things in the future

    Thanks and greetings from Vienna
      Martin

As you may know, we now have a few iPad Pros at Affinity HQ and will be starting to devote more time to developing versions of Affinity for it in the coming months.

They are incredible bits of kit, and we think—especially in conjunction with the Pencil (and Affinity when it's available!)—the iPad Pro will be a serious tool for creatives.
