Staff Dan C Posted October 8, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 8, 2019 Hi mick560 Using the 'create square brush' option won't convert the current brush you're using from round to square, it will create a new brush at the bottom of the brush category that is currently active. Please scroll to the bottom of this category and check for me, are these new brushes being created? mick560 1 Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. mick560
hi, i think this may be a step too far but is there any way to alter the angle of the square pixel ?
carl123
Click the More button on the context toolbar and in the General Tab there is a rotation slider to rotate the brush or if the square pixel is on its own layer you can select it with the Move Tool and just rotate it that way - I'm not sure exactly what you want to do mick560 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. walt.farrell
Or, while painting with the brush, the arrow keys will allow rotation of the brush, if that's what you want to accomplish. mick560 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.
