There is no specific feature but you can probably use the power duplicate feature to create rosettes and waves.

I used a star shape, converted to curves and changed the nodes to Smooth

There is an app for Mac called Excentro that is specifically designed to make Guilloche the lite version is $25 but "Pro" version is $500. O.o

A lot of what Excentro does is based on sine, saw, brace etc, I'm sure some of the more equationally adept could mimic some of the effects Excentro can output.

This would have to be done in Affinity Photo. If I had a week or so to spare I might give it a go. In the meantime others are welcome to try. Thinking about it, creating such lines and curves with Equations is a non-trivial task.
