The macro is working incorrectly. (1.7.0.209 )

Hey Max N,

I followed this as closely as I could and I'm getting a similar result but when I apply the macro to a new image, it becomes enormous. So big that I can't see it—anywhere... I'm not sure what's going on but I should have enough to pass this to the developers. Thanks!

in the attached is an example macro, please try it out and report what happens to you.

Your macro works correctly.
But you do not have a transformation layer. I think the error happens in this step.

could be that you are right with the statement.
I think only the Affinity team can judge that.
