Next and Previous Page Keyboard Commands Don't Work

Have you verified that you're using the right shortcuts?

You can see what they are using either the Document menu or Edit > Preferences....

Okay those are not what I see, I have the symbol for Page Up and Page Down (a double cross stroke on the arrow) and in the Preferences I have the Command and a "boxed ?" meaning unknown glyph. This is due to my not having page up and page down on this keyboard. Go to your Preferences and try to change them there. It may be that the Command + Up Arrow, Command + Down Arrow are used by something else and that is why they aren't working here for you.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
