Staff Lee D Posted October 28, 2018 Staff Share Posted October 28, 2018 Hi Nadar, Welcome to the forums. The Blur Brush is still on one of the four menus on the left hand side menu within Photo for iPad. You also have various Blur filters in the Filter Studio. Nadar
Thank to you both About the blur filter can you, please explain me how does the "blur range" work ? (I hope "blur range" is the correct word (I am French and the french word is "flou de champ" that I translate as "blur range" but it may be wrong.) It concerns the filter with a little point that you can move. You can also add another one. It is above the "blur lens" in the filters window. I don’t see how it works. DM1
You may be referring to need for blur 'filters' instead of blur brush. There are a lot of filters that allows different types of blur eg. Average, box, bilateral, depth of field, Gaussian etc. example of Depth of Field filter below. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). I don’t see how it works, either! It’s called ‘Field Blur’ in the English version, but I don’t see any effect at all. I’ve tried varying both the Radius/Rayon setting and the Power/Force setting. DM1
@Nadar The Field blur works for me. Tap screen to set second point. Adjust radius down to see effect better.
